Vi and John Rubens House

The home accommodates up to 105 older people and currently supports 82 residents. It is run by Jewish Care, a voluntary organisation, providing accommodation and nursing care.

Infection control systems are in place to minimise the spread of infection. Call bell response times are satisfactory, with management overseeing responses. Robust risk assessments are in place for people at risk of skin complications, and residents have consented to receive care and treatment. Quality assurance systems ensure people receive person-centred and safe care.
