Endsleigh Care Limited provides personal care to eight people with mental health needs, with capacity for up to 11 residents. The service operates from two converted houses on a residential street. However, significant safety concerns were identified during inspection. Risk assessments did not adequately address how to manage violence and aggression, dangerous equipment was accessible to residents, and bathroom door locks could not be opened by staff in emergencies. Infection prevention and control measures were insufficient, and quality assurance systems were not consistently effective. Pre-admission assessments were also incomplete in covering residents' needs.
