Valley View Care Home Ltd

Valley View Care Home provides personal and nursing care to up to 33 people with various health conditions including diabetes, epilepsy, and Parkinson's disease. Some residents live with dementia or have mobility challenges. At inspection, 23 people were using the service.

The home has made improvements in identifying and managing individual risks, though safety enhancements remain ongoing. Staff have improved how they support people to make decisions and choices, but residents are not yet supported to have maximum choice and control of their lives.
