Upperton Gardens

Upperton Gardens is a residential care home providing personal care to six people with learning disabilities, autism and sensory impairment. The service is built around principles that enable residents to live full, meaningful lives with control, choice and independence. All six residents currently living at the home receive planned, person-centred support tailored to their individual needs, with staff working to help them achieve the best possible outcomes in their daily lives.
