St Anne's Residential Care Home

St Anne's Residential Care Home provides personal care for up to nine people with learning difficulties, mental health conditions, autism and other complex needs. At inspection, all nine residents were living at the service. People told inspectors they were happy living at the home and felt safe, with all residents comfortable in the presence of staff. Those with limited verbal communication were observed to be content in their environment.

Medicines were administered safely, though management recognised opportunities to align practices with current best practice standards. Most risks to residents had been identified with appropriate mitigation strategies in place. Records and processes around managing behaviours that could challenge were being continuously developed. The provider and management had completed audits to identify concerns and drive improvements, taking action to address issues as they were identified.
