Seaview

Seaview provides accommodation and support for people with a learning disability and autistic people. Following an earlier inspection that identified breaches of regulation, the CQC returned to check on progress and found the home now rated Good overall.

Inspectors found a change in management had led to a more open, transparent staff culture, with safeguarding incidents used as learning opportunities. People were supported to be more independent, make their own choices and go out into the community regularly. Residents described improved daily lives, including help with meals, activities and forming friendships with people at other services.
