The service occupies three floors of an adapted building with an enclosed garden and offers one-to-one and two-to-one support to some residents. Staff treat people with kindness, respect and compassion, listening to residents and taking an interest in their views.

People are actively involved in decisions about their care and support, with their privacy, dignity and independence respected and promoted throughout the service.
