The home was found to be outstanding during inspection. Staff demonstrated exceptional commitment to supporting residents' wellbeing and independence. Care plans were personalised and regularly reviewed to reflect individual needs and preferences.

The registered manager and team created a safe, welcoming environment where residents' voices were heard and acted upon.
