Regency Court

Regency Court is a residential care home providing personal care to up to 22 people, primarily older adults, some with dementia. At the time of inspection, nine people were using the service.

Significant improvements had been made in recruitment practices. New staff underwent checks before starting work, though the accuracy of application forms, employment history checks, and reference verification required strengthening. Inspectors recommended the provider review their recruitment processes to ensure greater robustness in these areas.
