Two Trees Caring Home

Two Trees is a residential care home supporting up to twenty-eight people with learning disabilities, autism, or complex mental health needs. At the time of inspection, twenty-six residents were living at the home.

The service provides personal care and accommodation as part of a single package, aiming to support residents' independence and access to their local communities.
