Trevella House

Trevella House provides personal care and accommodation for up to 6 people, supporting older people, younger adults, and those with mental health needs. At inspection, 6 people were using the service, with 2 receiving personal care. Residents received their medicines safely and as prescribed, with sufficient staffing levels to minimise harm. The provider had safeguarding systems and processes in place to protect people. However, improvements were needed in the organisation and availability of records, and audits required strengthening to demonstrate action taken to address identified errors.
