Kenrick Centre

The Kenrick Centre provides accommodation and personal care for up to 64 people, including a ground floor residential unit and a first floor enablement service supporting people recovering after hospital stays. At the time of the CQC's assessment, 51 people were living there. The overall rating is Good.

Inspectors found care was person-centred, with enough staff, safe recruitment, and good communication with health professionals. Previous breaches around safe care and governance had been resolved, though some oversight of audits and care plans was not always timely. Relatives and staff praised the registered manager's approach and felt confident concerns would be addressed promptly.
