Staff implemented effective infection control measures, including cohorting people unable to self-isolate and assigning specific staff members to care for them. This approach balanced infection management with individual needs. The registered manager staggered staff shifts to enable social distancing during work preparation, with two designated rooms allocated for staff to change uniforms.

Staff used documentation to systematically record residents' temperature, food intake, and fluid consumption.
