About Queen Alexandra College
Queen Alexandra College provides residential accommodation and personal care for up to 51 people with visual impairment, autism and learning disabilities. At the time of inspection, 28 people were living there.
People felt safe and happy at the service. The home successfully met its aims of developing independent skills through person-centred programmes, with people having choice and control over their lives. Care plans were person-centred, and people were supported to enhance their social networks and experience different leisure opportunities.
