Trevaylor Manor

Trevaylor Manor provides personal and nursing care to up to 81 people, primarily older adults and those living with dementia. At inspection, 59 people were using the service. The home is part of the Swallowcourt Limited group.

During the visit, inspectors identified some safety concerns. Several fire doors marked "keep shut" were propped open, and doors to staircases and rooms containing potentially hazardous items were not always secured. The provider had effective safeguarding systems in place, and staff demonstrated knowledge of appropriate actions to protect people's safety.
