Staff were recruited safely, well trained and understood their responsibilities under the Mental Capacity Act.

Inspectors found staff to be kind and attentive, with people and relatives describing them as patient and caring. People had access to varied activities, including trips to the beach, and felt confident in the home's management, with concerns acted upon promptly.
