Tremanse House Care Home

Tremanse House Care Home provides residential care to up to 23 people with mental health needs, including older people and those living with dementia. The service operates across two buildings: the main house offers additional support, while the annexe accommodates people requiring less support who are preparing for independent living. At inspection, 22 people were using the service.

The home was fully staffed with enough staff to meet people's needs and ensure their safety. Staff reported feeling well supported by the management team, and recruitment processes were effective. New staff received induction and support before working alone with people. A robust audit programme was in place to identify areas requiring improvement.
