This followed an earlier assessment where enforcement action was taken over breaches relating to safeguarding, staffing, person-centred care and governance.

The CQC found significant improvement across the service, with all previous breaches addressed. People were protected from abuse, staffing levels were strong, and governance systems had been strengthened. People spoke positively about their care, describing staff as kind, skilled and attentive, and the service is now rated Good overall.
