The service operates from one adapted building with an accessible garden. Residents reported feeling safe, with staff trained in safety procedures and risk assessments in place to guide care delivery.

Medicine management and administration occurred safely and on time. People were supported to maintain their health with appointments arranged with external professionals as needed.

Residents expressed satisfaction with the food provided, noting good choice and availability of drinks throughout the day. Staff catered to individual needs and preferences. The home supported residents to have maximum choice and control in their lives, with staff operating in the least restrictive way possible and in residents' best interests.
