Townsend Hub

Townsend Hub accommodates up to 35 people on a short-term basis, providing personal care and therapies to help residents regain independence and return to their own homes. At inspection, 27 people were living at the service, with both physical and psychological support needs.

While risks to people's health and welfare were assessed when they first arrived, these assessments were not regularly reviewed to reflect changing needs. Staff worked closely with other professionals, including nurses, to protect people from harm and ensure their wellbeing was maintained throughout their stay.
