About Lorenzo Drive
This purpose-built rehabilitation service cares for people with brain injury across two settings: a 12-bedded unit providing accommodation and personal care, plus eight supported living places where tenants live independently with support. At inspection, 12 people were in the care home and six in supported living arrangements.
The service has systems in place to monitor medication and ensure people receive their medicines safely. Staff work to help residents achieve maximum independence appropriate to their individual needs and circumstances.
