Tower House

Tower House provides accommodation and personal care for up to 12 older people in one adapted building. At inspection, all 12 available places were occupied. The home has auditing systems in place, though the provider acknowledged that some concerns identified during the inspection had not previously been captured.

Staff were described as knowing residents well and understanding their individual needs and risks, despite formal risk assessments not being comprehensively documented. The team have been safely recruited, with people speaking positively about their relationships with staff.
