Hilltop House

Hilltop House provides care for up to eight people with mental health needs, some of whom are older adults. The home is located in a residential area on the outskirts of Twyford in Berkshire, and seven people were living there at the time of inspection.

People consistently reported feeling safe in the home. Staff had completed required safeguarding training and understood their responsibilities to protect people from discrimination, harm and abuse. The team had identified risks to residents and implemented effective measures to reduce these risks.
