Together Nest Lane

Together Nest Lane is a small residential care home providing accommodation and personal care to up to 8 people, catering for those with lower support numbers. At the time of the assessment, only one person was using the service. The CQC rated the home Good overall.

Inspectors found people were protected from the risk of abuse and lived in a safe environment suited to their needs. Staff supported people to manage their health, encouraged choice and independence, and treated people with kindness and compassion. People were given regular opportunities to give feedback on their care.
