Westlands Care Home

Westlands Care Home accommodates up to 28 people requiring personal care, including those living with dementia, physical disabilities, mental health conditions, and sensory impairments. At the time of inspection, 24 people were using the service. The home's systems and processes for assessing, monitoring, and improving quality and safety required further development. Inspectors identified areas for improvement in how the home's adaptation and decoration support people with memory and cognitive impairments, particularly in helping them orientate to time and place.
