Creative Support - Willowtree House

Willowtree House is a residential service supporting up to six adults of all ages living with learning disabilities, autism or mental health needs. The CQC rated the home Good overall, finding staff kind, skilled and attentive to people's individual needs, including support during times of anxiety or distress.

Inspectors found people were encouraged to make choices, pursue goals, take on roles within the home and access the wider community. People had good access to health and dental care, with the registered manager working closely with health and social care teams. Quality and safety checks were in place, and residents spoke positively about feeling respected and settled.
