Creative Support - Willowtree House

Creative Support – Willowtree House accommodates up to six people with learning disabilities and autism in an adapted building. At the time of inspection, five people were living at the home. The service is designed to enable residents to live as full a life as possible, with emphasis on control, choice, and independence. People receive planned and coordinated personal care tailored to their needs and preferences.
