Blossoms

Blossoms provides personal care to six adults with learning disabilities and autism in an adapted domestic property. The service has been deliberately designed to blend into its residential surroundings, with no identifying signs or institutional features visible from outside. Staff provide warm, competent care focused on enabling people to live meaningful lives with control, choice, and independence. Relatives spoke positively about the staff and management, confirming that people felt safe and well-protected. The home maintains very detailed, regularly updated risk assessments to protect people from potential harms, and staff demonstrate a clear understanding of their safeguarding responsibilities.
