Tixover House

Tixover House accommodates up to 48 older people and provides personal care and nursing care. Located near the village of Tixover in Rutland, the service had 33 residents during the inspection visit.

Staff demonstrated good communication practices, keeping residents' friends and family informed of important updates and government guidance changes through emails and telephone calls. Visitors were greeted by staff upon arrival who provided necessary information and ensured visits were managed safely. The service followed government guidance on isolation periods and used risk assessments to support safe practices.
