Grand View Care Home

Grand View Care Home provides personal and nursing care to up to 80 people, though 21 were using the service at inspection. It supports adults of all ages, including those living with dementia, physical disabilities, or sensory impairments. The purpose-built home spans three floors.

Most risks to people have been identified and action taken to keep them safe. However, inspectors found that while staff were aware of people's individual support needs during distressed moments, this information had not been included in their care plans. The registered manager contacted the CQC after the inspection to confirm this issue had been rectified.
