Tiltwood

Tiltwood provides personal care for up to 50 older people living with dementia, with 42 residents at the time of inspection. The home is arranged into five individual suites, each with communal dining and sitting areas, alongside internal and external activity spaces. Inspectors identified that the physical environment was not wholly suitable for people living with dementia and recommended the provider consider best practice guidance when undertaking planned design and decoration changes.

Systems were in place to keep people safe, with residents safeguarded from the risk of abuse.
