Tigh Grianan

Tigh Grianan provides accommodation and care for people with learning disabilities, including those with autism, alongside complex needs such as epilepsy and mental health issues. At the time of inspection, six people were living at the home. Most residents were unable to engage in full discussions, though inspectors were able to briefly speak with them during the visit.
