Derby House

Derby House provides personal and nursing care for up to eight people with learning disabilities including autism, currently supporting five residents in an adapted building. The service is developed around principles ensuring people can live as full a life as possible with meaningful outcomes that include control, choice, and independence. Residents receive planned and coordinated person-centred support tailored to their individual needs.
