Care records were being reconstructed following a data loss incident, with risk assessments in place and measures implemented to protect residents.

The service learns from accidents and incidents to drive improvements. Staff numbers are sufficient to meet residents' needs, with team members demonstrating good knowledge of the people they support. All staff have completed a robust recruitment process and undertaken training in relevant topics to support their roles effectively.
