Threshfield Court

Threshfield Court is a residential care home accommodating up to 57 people aged 65 and over across three separate floors, with each floor featuring adapted facilities and communal spaces. Two floors specialise in caring for people living with dementia. During the inspection, the home had implemented well-established testing regimes with a designated area for safely carrying out procedures.

Staff offered a range of virtual activities to residents when they were unable to leave the home due to an outbreak, helping maintain engagement and wellbeing during periods of isolation.
