This residential care home provides accommodation and personal care for up to 27 older people, including those living with dementia. Currently 19 residents live at the home across two floors, with single occupancy rooms featuring en-suite facilities and accessible lift access. Common areas include a ground floor lounge and dining room plus an upstairs lounge.

The registered manager consistently reviews processes in line with national guidance and responded promptly to local outbreaks by updating visiting policies. Staff support residents' social and emotional wellbeing through alternative contact methods including telephone calls, online catchups, cards, letters and closed social media groups. Residents participate in activities to maintain their wellbeing. The home maintains appropriate PPE supplies and follows government guidelines, with the premises remaining clean, well-maintained and odour-free. Two areas for improvement were identified regarding infection prevention and control practices.
