Thorncliffe Residential Care Home

Thorncliffe provides personal care to up to 28 people aged over 65 in a three-storey building. At inspection, 26 people were living there.

Residents felt safe, with adequate staffing levels and safe recruitment practices in place. Staff understood how to recognise and report safeguarding concerns, and the home had measures to monitor and manage risk effectively. Medicines were managed safely and infection prevention and control measures were being followed.

People were supported to have maximum choice and control in their lives, with staff facilitating their decisions.
