St James House

St James House provides residential care for up to 30 people requiring personal support, with accommodation across 30 single bedrooms on two floors. Four bedrooms have en suite facilities. At the time of inspection, 26 people were living at the home.

Staff demonstrated strong infection control practices, having received training on safe PPE use and properly following government guidance during inspections. The provider increased domestic staff hours to maintain high cleanliness standards and had established clear policies and procedures to support residents.
