Staff maintained residents' connections with family through various methods including visit appointments in designated pods, video calls via Skype, and telephone contact. The management team actively reviewed best practice guidance to implement safe visiting arrangements in line with government announcements. The home maintained an ample supply of personal protective equipment for both staff and visitors.
