Thorncliffe House

Thorncliffe House provides personal care for 24 people, some living with dementia, in a single adapted building. On inspection day, 15 people were using the service. The home had implemented appropriate infection prevention measures at the entrance and throughout the building, with all visitors required to wear personal protective equipment and follow hand hygiene practices. The environment was very clean with ongoing additional cleaning taking place. Minor adjustments had been made to the furniture layout to encourage and support social distancing among residents.
