Ashbourne Lodge Care Centre

Ashbourne Lodge Care Centre accommodates up to 40 people, including those living with dementia. At inspection, 38 residents were living at the home.

Residents feel very safe and well cared for. One person said, "We're all treated very well. We get fed well and looked after," while a family member commented, "Staff are so caring. I'm happy in the fact that when I'm not here I know [family member] is looked after and loved. I know she's well fed."

Staff effectively safeguard people from abuse and manage risks to individuals and the environment. Staffing levels are adequate to meet people's needs, medicines are safely managed, and infection control processes are well embedded in the service. The provider learns from accidents and incidents to prevent future risks.
