Thorncliffe Grange

Thorncliffe Grange provides nursing care and accommodation for up to 50 older people in Denton, Manchester. At the time of inspection, 29 residents were living there. The home has bedrooms on both floors, lounge and dining areas, and a secure garden.

Staff demonstrated good practice by supporting external professionals including doctors, speech and language therapists, and social workers to complete assessments remotely. This approach reduced the number of visitors coming into the home while ensuring residents' changing needs were properly assessed and appropriate steps could be taken to support them.
