The service operates across two floors, with general nursing care on the ground floor and residential care for people living with dementia on the first floor. All rooms are en-suite with shared communal areas including lounge, dining areas, and a secure garden.

Staff have received additional training on infection control, the safe use of personal protective equipment and hand washing. Information posters are placed throughout the home, and staff were observed implementing proper hygiene practices.
