Thistley Lodge

Thistley Lodge provides nursing and personal care for up to eight people with diagnosed mental health conditions. During inspection, five people were living at the home across two floors, with communal lounge and dining areas on the ground floor. Bedrooms are not ensuite, with communal bathrooms located on each floor.

A new registered manager had taken post in February 2019. The provider had begun implementing improvements to internal audit systems, with quality assurance teams conducting audits to strengthen oversight and quality control.
