Guys Cross Nursing Home

The service provides personal and nursing care to up to 34 people with mental health conditions, currently supporting 30 residents across four units on three floors. Each person has their own bedroom with en-suite, and units include dedicated dining areas, lounges and kitchens.

People receive safe, effective care from suitably trained and skilled staff. Residents report feeling safe and comfortable, appreciating staff who interact in relaxed and friendly ways. The home has robust safeguarding procedures in place, with concerns appropriately addressed and investigated.
