The Willows

The Willows provides personal care to up to 10 people with learning disabilities and associated physical disabilities. The home is a bungalow with a large garden, featuring bedrooms, a communal lounge, dining room and staff office. The building design blends into the residential area among other similarly sized properties. The service deliberately avoids identifying signs, intercoms, cameras or industrial bins that might indicate it is a care home, and staff are discouraged from wearing anything that suggests they are care staff when coming and going with people. This approach helps maintain the home's residential character within the community.
