Inspectors found the service continues to be rated good, with risks to people's safety well managed and strong joint working with external professionals to support healthy living.
People spoke highly of their care, describing knowledgeable, consistent staff who treated them with kindness and protected their dignity. Individuals were involved in planning their care, supported to maintain family relationships, and given information in accessible formats. Leaders were visible and supportive, helping staff develop in their roles.
