United Response - 16 Curtis Road

United Response provides accommodation and support for up to four people with learning disabilities. At the time of inspection, all four available places were occupied. The service maintains safe living conditions and regularly reviews the quality of care provided, making adjustments to better meet people's individual needs. Staff are well-trained and appropriately recruited to support residents safely while enabling them to enjoy their lives. The home has established partnerships that help reduce social isolation and encourage people's participation in their community. The service properly assesses and monitors risks to both residents and staff, while complaints, concerns, accidents, incidents and safeguarding issues are thoroughly reported, investigated and recorded.
