Staff were kind, attentive and respectful, medicines were managed safely, and there were enough trained staff to meet people's needs.

Inspectors rated the home Good overall. Relatives described a calm, well organised home with friendly staff and good activities, and felt confident raising any concerns. Quality assurance systems, including regular audits and consultation with people and families, supported effective, well led management.
