Stapleton House

Stapleton House provides nursing and personal care to up to 45 older people, including those living with dementia. At inspection, 42 people were using the service. People and their relatives were very positive about the care provided, feeling safe and confident in staff skills. Relatives gave positive examples of how staff had helped improve people's lives since moving to the home.

Staff were safely recruited and received induction followed by training from the provider. Training was monitored and staff were supported through regular meetings and supervisions. Staffing capacity was sufficient to meet service users' needs.
