Hebburn Manor

Hebburn Manor provides personal and nursing care for up to 60 people aged 65 and over, as well as younger adults, including those living with dementia. At inspection, 51 people were using the service.

Auditing and oversight arrangements had not identified or addressed areas needing improvement, including person-centred care planning and medicines administration recording. Records were not always accurate or legible. Staffing levels were sometimes insufficient to meet people's needs promptly, and staff deployment at mealtimes was poorly planned, causing delays in serving meals.
